Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

What I personally find the hardest to draw is feet and hands. I found that with a lot of practice and a lot of frustrating mistakes my feet and hands actually look at the very least almost the way i want them to be.
Now my favorite Style of drawing is Anime or sometimes semi-realism, and i find that by doing studies of the more traditional style realism actually helps improve my anime pictures greatly. For instance i would practice drawing my hands and feet in different positions holding different things and from different angles. I also find it extremely helpful while i'm drawing and i'm having a particularly hard time drawing a hand or a foot in a certain position i will stop for a

So hey guys I've got some good news!

Due to the business of my schedule I haven't been able to update things here as often as I'd like, luckily I have great mods and friends that want to help out!

So from now on Co-Founder

will be in charge of assigning and approving challenges, as well as coming up with new challenges whenever possible.

Both mods,

and

will be in charge of talking with the community about challenges and in answering questions. They will also be helping in the process of creating new challenges through suggestions of their own or suggestions made by any of the group members (all of you).

If the other mods would like to contribute suggestions feel free, all mods have been granted more control in gallery submissions and folder/blog control.

I'll be around but not as frequent, but I will do my best to come by as often as I can.

I'm excited to see where things go and I'm confident these changes in management will help this group a lot.

Thanks everyone for being so patient, I really appreciate it.

Yay! I am relieved. I haven't had much time to submit new stuff but I have something DAC-related in progress and another art challenge community I was in just went on hiatus today so I was scared DAC would follow. It's good to know it's in good hands.
